On Instagram I've seen tons of people doing these wraps and waist cinchers (the falsely advertise as waist training) and I thought what the hell let me give it a try!
As you know I've been trying to get myself back in to shape and I usually go to the gym about 4-5 times a week. But there are times when I want to still work out but sometimes I just not up for a full work out. I'm trying out a body wrap I found online.
This one includes
- Preparation H
- Plastic wrap
- Coffee grounds
After a shower rub the preparation H over your stomach or problem area.
Then apply the coffee grounds over top.
Now wrap plastic wrap around your stomach or problem area until it's pretty well covered. I usually do it about several times.
Now wrap the ace bandage around the plastic wrap.
I leave mine on over night and there's a huge difference in the morning. I do love the fact that the results are nearly instant. Remember wraps are not "real" weight loss. It's something that you use for going to the beach or a night out the effects are only temporary. But it's still awesome!
