How To Feel The Best When You're At Your Worst



As the old saying goes if you can't handle me at my worst you don't deserve me at my best, but what if you can't handle yourself? There comes a time (usually once a month) when you just cannot. Your hair never goes the way you want your skin is oily and nothing is fitting or looking the way you want it too. You just can't bear to face the world or yourself. What's a girl to do? Well relax, don't let life get to you we all have that moment or mood when you feel bad when you want to just stay in bed. I've come up with a great list of activities that you can do when you're feeling not so fab, so you can get back to your amazing self.


Take A Deep Breath. Sometimes you just have to step back, sit down, close your eyes, and breathe. Just take 10 minutes and breathe, take a moment in silence and just relax. For a good 10 minutes just feel your body and enjoy your surroundings.


Do Something Creative. Read a good book. Finger paint. Play in some makeup. Sing! Do something creative that you enjoy doing let your juices flow without limitation. Find your soul and let your creative juices flow.


Take A Long Bath. Get the bubble bath, some relaxing music, dim the lights and grab a bottle of wine. Literally just zone out.


Take Yourself On a Day Date. Treat yourself! Get dressed up and go out to eat at your favorite restaurant, then go shopping (responsibility of course). Just do something that makes you feel good about yourself and puts you in a good mood.


Spend The Day Indoors. Sometimes the best time is alone time. When there's no one else around. So throw on a mask order some pizza and binge watch your favorite show, breaking bad anyone?
